Starting Monday January 4 through Sunday January 31, Bay Area Fitness and Nutrition is going to help you upgrade your wellness OS to You 2.0 with our “New Year New You 28 Day Transformation Fitness Challenge.” Since 92% of all New Year’s fitness resolutions fail, we want you to be part of the 8% who succeed!
To help you get there, we’ve created a signature body weight workout to help you move more with the goal weighing less. We’ve also got nutrition guidance to help you reach for the right things in the fridge, in the cupboards and at the store to help you hit your fitness goals.
