Wow! Can you believe its already been a year since Bay Area Fitness and Nutrition opened its doors? What an amazing 365 days its been!
We hosted the first ever monkii bars training course (which featured an awesome natural nutrition talk with Daniella) and there is another one coming in the fall. Stay tuned for more details on that one.
We’ve been invited to participate in weekend events, we’ve had our own workshops and seminars here and we’ve run successful fitness challenges. We’ve also got a great Vinyasa Flow Yoga class starting soon with an incredibly experienced instructor.
Long story short, we are just getting started at the studio to bring you the Bay Area’s premiere fitness and nutrition experience!
